Avatar IMAX 3D Review 2
Yes, I saw it again in IMAX 3D. I took my dad to see it. He was doubting that it would be a super fantastical masterpiece. I proved him wrong. He adored it and ate it up like I did. This movie was even more amazing the second time around. You have to see it in IMAX 3D more than once in order to catch everything this film has to deliver. I was blown away by the amount of detail I missed out on the first time I saw it. Avatar was just too amazing. I also got an amazing Avatar T-Shirt that glows when your in a room that has black lights. I even have the bad-ass video game. You can also play it in 3D. I will probably see Avatar for a third time sometime this week in regular 3D to see the difference. I give Avatar *****.

Might see Avatar Again!
Merry Christmas, followers. I'm very happy to announce that I will try to see Avatar for a second time in either 3D or IMAX 3D. I already saw it in IMAX 3D, but I'm taking my dad so he can experience the awesomeness that is Avatar in glorious IMAX 3D.
Also, my video is almost done. I just need to record my voice of what I think of Avatar and add them to both versions of my review. Yes, I am doing two versions of my Avatar review. I will review it in 2D with the trailer and in 3D with pictures. That should be up sometime next week before New Years Eve.

Written Review for Avatar in IMAX 3D!
James Cameron has given us a masterpiece. I was blown away by how amazing this movie is. I can't complain about anything in this cinematic achievement. The action was outstanding. Probably the best action I've ever seen. Also, the visuals are spectacular (and that includes the groundbreaking 3D). You have to see this in either 3D or IMAX 3D. I saw it in IMAX 3D and that enhanced my experience. The story might not be anything new, but the characters, the creatures, and the amazing setting of Pandora are so excellent that the story felt original while your watching it. Avatar is the best film of the year and will be nominated for Best Picture. It should win, but I'll be happy if it gets nominated at least. On a last note, the performances were amazing. Sam Worthington gives another phenomenal performance just like his great performance in Terminator Salvation. Zoe Saldana gave a wonderful performance superior than her straight forward performance in Star Trek. I love the hell out of this movie. James Cameron is reclaimed as King of the World. I give Avatar *****.

One Last Avatar Talk!
You know the drill. I'm gonna talk some Avatar before I see the movie tomorrow night in IMAX 3D of course. Let's do this.
Avatar came out yesterday with sold out shows throughout the weekend, most in IMAX 3D showings. I have my tickets for tomorrow night with my buds. I just wanna make some more comments before I actually see the movie with the packed crowd in my sold out showing. Avatar has gotten constant praise that has been beyond my expectations. People are confirming that Avatar is groundbreaking. People were amazed by how good Avatar is. Hopefully, I will be able to join the crowd of movie-goers who love this movie. Fury of the Film Fan gave it the Gold Fury Award. Mr. Black (in his marvelous return to reviewing movies) gave it **** 1/2 out of 5. Manny the Movie Guy gave it **** out of 4. Tom Perkins gave it ***** out of 5. Tom Chatalbash gave it **** out of 4. Korey, Cyrus, and Leon from Spill.com gave it a Full Price (just under Better than Sex). Richard Roeper gave it an A-. Michael Phillips and A.O. Scott of At the Movies both said, "See It". and finally, the great Roger Ebert gave it **** out of 4. For a critic who hates 3D as much as Roger Ebert to love watching Avatar in 3D should mean that this film is amazing. I can't wait to experience this groundbreaking achivement from the returning director, James Cameron. I only saw Terminator 1 and 2 out of his films, but Avatar should make me watch his other films. So by the time I return to my house after a 7pm show of Avatar in IMAX 3D, I will be ready to give a written review. I will also plan on doing a 10 minute rant on the film as well. See you guys after I see Avatar.

Written Review for Brothers
Brothers is one of the best movies of the year. Tobey Maguire and Jake Gyllenhaal give two of the best performances of the year. I can see Tobey Maguire getting an Oscar nomination for how great his performance was in this movie. He was just phenominal. He actually gave the best performance I have seen all year (yes, that includes Sharlto Copley (District 9) and Max Records (Where the Wild Things Are)). It's such an emotional story and so powerful that it kills me that the critics are split on it. I'd actually perfer this to win Best Picture over Precious, but not over Where the Wild Things Are. Such an amazing movie. I give Brothers *****.

Some More Avatar Talk
If you read the first one, you know the drill. Just read along.
Avatar is getting a lot of hype lately. There are currently 5 reviews in for the movie and they all are positive. One person from the Hollywood Reporter even said at the end, "How will James Cameron ever top this?" I didn't think that Avatar was going to be that good. I just thought that it was going to be a little better than Terminator 1. If it's better than Terminator 2, I will be shocked. Also, the closest IMAX theater STILL doesn't have showtimes for the movie other than midnight. I can't go to the midnight show so, I only have the option of seeing it opening day. I don't want to be late to seeing what is likely to be a major success and a big bang for the end of the year. I still expect Avatar to be excellent though. I just want to experience it the best way possible, which is IMAX 3D. We can only hope for the best. Avatar is going to be amazing regardless. It is ringing repeatedly with Oscar buzz. We're constantly hearing Best Picture or Best Director (James Cameron). I can see that happening, I just don't think that it has high chances. I still have to see the movie on December 18th though. If I don't see it in IMAX 3D opening day, I might as well not be a movie critic. I can't see it at midnight so, my chances of seeing it on opening day are very slim. I just recently saw Precious and I think that that film has a far better chance of getting a Best Picture nomination rather than an action film like Avatar (or sadly District 9). So far, Where the Wild Things Are is the best film of 2009 so, if Avatar is good enough, then I'll say that it has high chances of getting the Best Picture nomination. No question, James Cameron will be nominated for Best Director. For the past 4-5 years, he's been working extremely hard to make this film such a large success that it will change the way we see movies. We can only hope that James Cameron is right on this particular movie. I'm all for supporting this movie in every way. Please, see Avatar in IMAX 3D as soon as possible to make it a success.

Written Review for Precious
What a deep and emotional movie this was. It is one of the best movies of the year. It deserves all of the hype that it is getting and should earn multiple Oscar nominations. I could see Mo'nique winning the Best Supporting Actress award come Oscar Sunday. She was amazing in this movie. Also, the girl who plays Precious needs to win the Oscar for Best Actress. She had one of the best performances I've seen in movie history. I absolutely love this film and is definately on my list for the best movies of the year. I give Precious *****.
